No Show, 24 hour Cancellation, Late

In the event of a no show, you will be responsible for 50% of the grooming bill. 

If you cannot bring your dog for their grooming appointment, please give more than 24 hours' notice to Wicked Mutts to reschedule.

Cancelling an appointment within 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the bill. Persistent no shows, cancellations, and tardiness will result in a deposit of the bill prior to booking. Wicked Mutts also has the right to terminate future services if we are found to not be a good fit.

Wicked Mutts runs on a one-on-one appointment basis. If you are more than 15-20 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, we may have to reschedule. Accepting late arrivals may affect the following appointments and we must take every client's time into consideration. 

We will give you an estimated pick up time and a courtesy call/text 20-30 minutes before we are done. Please arrive for pick up on time. 

If you arrive for pick up more than 30 minutes after the finished time, a late fee of $30 will be applied to the bill. For every extra 30 minutes, another $30 will be charged.

If you have not picked up your pet within 15 minutes after closing time, they will have to come home with me and you will be charged $30 plus an added rate of $1 per minute.

Closing time is 3:30 or when the shop needs to close on a case-by-case basis.

Circumstances will be considered on an individual basis.

In the event of inclimate weather, a family emergency or any other uncontrollable circumstance, the groomer has the discretion to waive the fee within the 24 hour period.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a groom if we feel the need to do so. Every effort will be made to reschedule at a time convenient for both the client and the groomer.
