Due to increased time, coat care, and operating costs, grooming prices will be adjusted slightly.

Please note:

-dogs that are overdue, heavily shedding, matted, or take extra drying time will be charged additional time-based frees.

-dematting fees will be applied accurately and more consistently when coats require extra time and effort, or cause discomfort to the dog

Booking policy

Prebooking & Late Booking Policy

To maintain consistent scheduling, clients are encouraged to prebook their next appointment at checkout.

Appointments requested later than 9+ weeks may result:

-Limited availability

-Longer wait times

-Additional coat maintenance or dematting fees

No Walk-ins or Knocking

For safety and to keep dogs calm during grooming, the door will remain locked.

Please text before arriving and wait for confirmation before entering. Unannounced walk-ins and knocking are no longer permitted.

Pickup time

You will be notified an estimated pickup time in roughly a 10-15 minute window. This is due to some unexpected circumstances making the exact finish time unpredictable.

Poop cleanup

Please clean Up After Your Dog

All clients are required to clean up after their dogs outside the shop. This helps keep the area safe and sanitary for everyone.
